A band feels different when everyone belongs.

New Gen Wind Symphony is a home for musicians to grow, connect and create something bigger than themselves.

From our rehearsal room to the heart of Taman Jurong, every note is an invitation: to listen, to belong and to be moved.

02 Our story

Offstage · From twelve to one symphony

Small beginnings.
Bold resonance.

2014

The first note

Twelve passionate youths came together under Founding President and Chairman Mr Ethan Peck. Inspired by Founding Music Director and Conductor Emeritus Ms Dorean Tan, New Gen Wind Symphony was born that November.

2017

A community home

The band officially came under the wing of the Taman Jurong Community Arts and Culture Club as a recognised Interest Group.

We continue to make meaningful musical experiences, nurture players and bring the sound of a wind symphony closer to the community.
